The Hidden Waterfall….

I took me two hours trekking to reach this waterfall… Tiring but really worth it… =)

Mencari Sebuah Damai

Nothing can make you feels better than going back to your own home town. I used to live here until 1999 when I moved to Shah Alam. Two days seems like not enough, it brings back a lot of my childhood memories. Just wish that I can spend a little bit more time here, but I can’t. Maybe not now but I’ll be back for sure, and that is a promise…. =)

Strained Ligament

Mount Kinabalu : Dec 2011

Just being discharged from Pantai Hospital on Saturday (23/4/12). Alhamdulillah the MRI scan shows that my knee only having minor strained ligament, but still need to rest for about 3-4 weeks.
I was a bit worried it is a torn ligament, to heard it from the Doctor that it is a strained ligament instead make me relief so much. So no more hiking, football, futsal and badminton for now.
Got medical leave (MC) for one weeks, hence I will make full use of it to rest and complete all my editing works. Just hoping that I can get back to normal soon, please pray for me ok? =)

The Journey Begin

MAS provided us with movies, documentaries and even sports channel. The only weird thing is, they don’t provide us any earphone, which make all those things useless unless you are ok to watch movie or clips without sound. Luckily for me I did bring my own earphone.

Arrived at Kota Kinabalu airport. It was my first flight experience, yes, my first after 29 years…=p

This is Pekan Nabalu, a few minutes away from our destination, the Kinabalu Park. Stop here for a while, take a few picture and continue heading to Kinabalu Park.

The locals at Pekan Nabalu.

Arrived at Kinabalu Park, very excited but also very tired as well.

I’m not sure what they are discussing about. =p

Balsam Buffet Restaurant. Having the dinner here, the food provided was very nice for me. I ate two full plate of food as I know tomorrow I will need a lot of energy….

One of our team member, Wal. There are one things that I have with him in common, we have the same lense, 24-70mm canon.

17th Dec 2011 morning, before the quest started. Waiting for our transport to take us to the Timpohon gate arrive. All the team members except than me.

To be continued……

KLIA + Blue Hour

-KLIA during the Blue Hour-

I’m still busy right now, but still have the intention to update my blog. So I can only manage to post one picture this time.

This picture was taken on 16th December 2011. We arrived at about 6.30am after 5 hours drive from Penang. I quickly take my camera to capture this moment, and it turns out that I like this picture very much. Maybe this was a sign of a very good journey that we will go through on the next day, the Kinabalu Quest. =)

I will update more picture about our Kinabalu quest, very soon…. =)

Mount Kinabalu – 17 & 18 December 2011

It has always been my dream to go here, and I was really lucky because the weather was very nice during my trip. I came with 14 other members mostly from Penang.

Since there are too mane pictures that I want to share, so I’ll break it into a few post. Here are some of the pictures, hope you guys enjoy it… =)

First Day: Sunset view from the Gunting Lagadan Hut

Second day: Sunrise view from the top of Mount Kinabalu, also known as the Low Peak.

Sunrise from the other side causing this beautiful scenery, shadow of the Low Peak.

Me, my friends Hamdi and Shahril with the foreigners from Australia. Have a little chat with them before I continue making myself busy taking a lot more pictures. =p

This is a mandatory picture for all who make it to the Low Peak. For those who are late to arrive here will have to wait for quite a long queue to take picture here.

My team members, from left Shahril, Nazreen and Hamdi.

Thanks Hamdi for this picture… =)

Our guide, very kind and friendly ( forgot his name, will update this later once I remember his name).

Going back down.

The sky was really blue, and I was really happy that day. Safely arrived at the top, and having a really nice sunset the day before, and also manage to have a really nice sunrise on the second day, making all the pain going up here carrying heavy backpack really worth it. Alhamdulillah.

It’s almost 2 am right now, I have to sleep. I’ll continue to post more pictures on my next post.

Good nite all. =)
